Portage County Conduit is a collaboration between Portage County Health and Human Services and United Way of Portage County which was made possible through funding from ARPA dollars.  

 

This data platform was created to ensure that our community has easily accessible data all centralized in one location.  The purpose of this platform is to raise awareness in our community about quality-of-life issues as well as monitoring trends as underlying causes.
